We are currently recruiting a strong customer service advisor who will be responsible for managing the day to day relationship with the customer network either through inbound telephone calls or email.

You will be required to meet and exceed our dealers expectations by dealing with their queries, concerns and complaints relating to their management of our customers and online applications in a friendly, facilitative and flexible manner.

You will also proactively manage all customer/client contact and ensure service levels are achieved at all times with an understanding that excellent levels of customer service are ultimately to be provided to scheme customers.

The company pride themselves in providing outstanding customer service and will be looking for suitable candidates who can demonstrate the ability to build rapport, able to take ownership and continuously strives for improvement.

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and possess a 'can do' attitude, able to communicate confidently over the telephone and comfortable using various microsoft packages. 

Working hours will be Monday to Friday no weekends, this is an initial 6 month Fixed term contract opportunity starting on July 16th we ask due to the training period that no annual leave to be taken from 16th July until 8th September inclusive
