An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award winning organisation who really do put the customers needs first and foremost.

We are looking to recruit a Communications Co-ordinator on a permanent basis, you will be supporting the delivery of project, campaign and business as usual communications to internal stakeholders,

You will be responsible for providing updates and changes to operational processes and liaising with different areas of the business to create clear communications to support employees in providing excellent service to their clients.

Duties and Responsibilities include

  • Design and create strategic, project and business as usual communications, including process maps, emails, newsletters, video content, and deliver a consistent communication style to drive employee engagement and performance
  • Work with key stakeholders to scope, design and create communications including identifying measures of success, to ensure procedures are translated into communications appropriate for varying levels of employee, share key messages and create awareness and understanding of internal initiatives
  • Manage the production of quality communications via internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate phasing of communications in line with audience, operational readiness and go live dates
  • Identify areas where effective communications and supporting tools will improve operational performance and the customer experience
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders who interact with the wider business
  • Maintain the internal knowledge base to ensure that all knowledge management tools ad content are fit for purpose and up-to-date through regular update, quality checks and adapting backend coding and front end visuals where required.

Experience required :

  • Experience of designing, producing and delivering written communication - taking complex information and making it straightforward, engaging and accessible
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience of implementing integrated communication campaigns across different channels on and offline
  • Account management and briefing of key stakeholders
  • Project management - experience of organising and leading projects
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop products
  • Strong ability to prioritise workloads, manage own time and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to learn new technology and adapt to new concepts of working

What would be advantageous :-

* Experience in coding HTML PHP

* Maintenence of an intranet site and knowledge management system

* Experience of working with design packages such a photoshop

This role will be working between the hours of 8.30 - 5.30pm on a shift basis 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
