Job Specification

We are looking for an experienced Office/ Facilities Assistant to join our established Financial Services client in central Bristol.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all administration and support of office functions including facilities, procurement, catering and insurances and to provide general support to departments as required.

Duties include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for all office premises related queries.
  • Liaise with suppliers; research the procurement of goods and services.
  • Liaising with the landlord and building Management Company with regards to the maintenance of the office premises /communal areas and troubleshooting.
  • Organise, manage and review external services such as cleaning, window cleaning, recycling and waste and photocopier.
  • Undertaking regular review of costs, and making any recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and manage the organisation of fleet cars
  • Ordering of stationary, ensuring a supply of essential items.

Perm full time contract - standard office hours
