Job Specification

Are you a customer focussed individual that enjoys handling a variety of calls ? We are currently recruiting Customer Contact Advisors for a company based in Bristol, you would be required to meet and exceed customer's expectations by dealing with their queries, concerns and complaints in a friendly, facilitative and flexible manner.

Along with the ability to proactively manage all customer contact and ensure that service levels are achieved. The 'ideal' candidate must be able to put customer's needs first, by handling inbound communication, adopting an empathetic and consultative approach.

You will also need to be able to juggle tasks and feel confident using in-house database to ensure information is captured accurately and correctly.

This is a permanent opportunity commencing on two separate dates

3rd July and 17th July due to the intensive training period we ask that no annual leave to be taken from from3rd July 2017 - 25th August 2017 or 17th July until 8th September inclusive.
