Ideally you will be an experienced customer service professional with a confident telephone manner from any customer service background whether you've worked in Retail, Hospitality, or Contact Centres it doesn't matter as long as you have enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service and can show the enthusiasm and communication skills required....

Flexibility on hours is required.
