Are you a customer focussed individual that enjoys handling a variety of calls ?

We are currently recruiting Customer Contact Advisors for an established company based in Chippenham.

Your role would be to meet and exceed customer’s expectations by dealing with their telephone inquiries, queries, complaints in a friendly, facilitating and flexible manner. Along with the ability to proactively manage all customer contact and ensure that service levels are achieved.

The 'ideal’ candidate must be able to put customer’s needs first, using structured communication and a friendly approach.

You will also need to be able to juggle tasks and feel confident using in-house database to ensure information is captured accurately and correctly.
