Job Specification

We are recruiting on behalf of our central based Financial Services client, strong Customer Service Consultants do deal with customers experiencing difficulties with their payments.

The successful candidate with be responsible for managing and effectively organising their own caseload to establish contact with borrowers who are in arrears with their agreements.

You will be empathetic to customers in financial difficulty whilst ensuring Policy is adhered to, reviewing customer’s financial budgets to ensure the debt is prioritised.

Previous Customer Service is essential, along with call handling experience.

Full time permanent role. 

Central Bristol location.
