A great opportunity has arisen for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Collections & Recoveries department with a recognised and successful bank in the South West
The successful candidate will be responsible for working across Operations, Risk and Products design, develop, co-ordinate and implement a variety of strategies across pre-arrears, financial difficulty, vulnerable, Collections and Recoveries. 
For this position, we are looking for someone who can confidently engage and build strong relationships with wider business. You’ll need to understand and deliver fair Customer Outcomes consistently and be able to work proactively and independently on agreed priorities. 
As part of this role, you will monitor the effectiveness of strategies and operational KPIs and be able to provide insight to performance trends that can deliver impact; engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure contact strategies are compliant and controlled under a strong risk framework. 
This role could support all products across retail and commercial collections and recoveries, both secured and unsecured. 


Role is within the Strategy team in Collections and Recoveries. This role is responsible for: 

•Assisting in the development & implementation of C&R strategy - business to consumer background prefered

•Development and implementation of outbound dialling strategies 

•Review and understand data from a variety of sources to deliver material insight 

•Present to stakeholders on the effectiveness of contact strategies 

•Ensuring collections contact methods are compliant and controlled 

•Stakeholder management and engagement with other areas (e.g. Operations, BUCF, Credit Risk) 

•Recommends areas for change and supports leadership in delivery of agreed priorities 

•Reviewing management information to ensure data held is consistent and accurate. Using analytical skills to Identify and present data trends 
•Working with Credit Risk team to understand operational performance trends 

•Ability to impact assess the delivery of a change into the operational areas. 

•Experience in outbound dialler management and strategy development would be preferable
